Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The Solo plan and Starter plan (up to 5 users) are free of charge. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel any time from Settings → Billing; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, less any usage to date. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were billed twice for the same period due to a technical error, please contact us within 30 days at hi@Pipezy.app with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hi@Pipezy.app from the email address associated with your account. Include your organisation name, plan, and reason for the request.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Bank settlement times may vary.
